Position Summary
This role is responsible for executing mid- to high-complexity sourcing strategies that align with broader business goals. The position supports category management and applies procurement best practices—primarily through RFPs and other market strategies—to deliver cost savings, supplier diversity, and business value.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing & Procurement: Leads RFP processes end-to-end, consolidates business needs, negotiates pricing, and ensures compliance with procurement policies and legal requirements. Handles both formal and informal solicitations.
- Contract Lifecycle Management: Oversees contract execution, change management, renewals, compliance, and performance monitoring. Coordinates issue resolution and maintains documentation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Works cross-functionally with Legal, Cybersecurity, Risk, Project Managers, and Finance to align procurement with organizational needs.
- Decision-Making & Compliance: Interprets procurement policies and legal requirements to determine sourcing approaches, board approval needs, and contract terms.
- Supplier Management: Builds and maintains vendor relationships to ensure long-term value and adherence to service and quality expectations.

Qualifications
- Education: BA/BS in Supply Chain, Procurement, Contract Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience: At least 3 years in sourcing, contract negotiation, RFP development, and procurement
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of P2P processes and procurement systems (ERP)
- Contract writing and administration
- Vendor negotiations and price/cost analysis
- Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
- Excellent judgment, organization, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
