Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sourcing Executive to join our team. The role involves sourcing ingredients and products, coordinating with suppliers, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely follow-ups to meet business and client requirements. The ideal candidate will have a science background and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Source ingredients/products assigned by the respective Key Customer Success Executive/Salesperson.
• Interact with suppliers via emails, calls, and other communication channels.
• Place purchase orders as required and ensure timely execution.
• Track purchase orders and sourcing inquiries at an individual level.
• Follow up with suppliers for requirements, documentation, and order updates.
• Ensure relevant documents and information are provided accurately to customers.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 
  Graduate or Postgraduate in a Science background.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred.
