Role Summary:
We're seeking a target-driven sourcing executive to build a trusted breeder network, ensure ethical puppy sourcing, and maintain a clean, compliant supply chain that improves animal welfare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source the right puppies through verified breeders
• Build and manage breeder relationships
• Ensure health checks, age, and documentation compliance
• Track inventory and manage returns
• Maintain detailed records and coordinate with vets

Requirements:

• 1–3 years in operations or sourcing
• Target-oriented, reliable, and organized
• Strong communication (Hindi & English) and negotiation skills
• Basic MS Excel & WhatsApp Business proficiency
• Passion for animal welfare
• Experience in Pet Industry is preferable
• PROACTIVE AND NO SILO THINKING

Success Metrics:

• Sourcing targets achieved
• Breeder network growth
• Health & documentation compliance
• Low return rates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
