About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Sourcing Executive / Field Recruiter to lead and optimize the end-to-end hiring of 2W, 3W, and 4W Riders/Drivers for our Electric Vehicle (EV) fleet operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in EV fleet or last-mile delivery operations, managing both drivers and vehicles in a fast-paced, field-based environment. This role demands strong execution capability, field presence, and an ability to leverage technology for efficiency and scalability.

You will be responsible for onboarding a minimum of 25+ active drivers per month, maintaining hiring cost efficiency (≤ ₹1,500 per hire), and ensuring consistent driver deployment in line with business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Driver & Fleet Hiring

  • Generate a minimum of 3–4 active leads daily and ensure 50% conversion into deployed drivers.
  • Maintain 7+ active hires weekly* to meet monthly hiring goals.
  • Source and onboard drivers across 2W, 3W, and 4W EV categories.
  • Ensure all driver documents (Driving License, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card) are verified and valid prior to onboarding.
  • Target competition churn by identifying and converting quality leads from competitors.
  • Drive migrant worker sourcing and regional outreach initiatives.
  • Effectively pitch the company’s value proposition to the driver community to build trust and engagement.

Operational Excellence

  • Track and control driver attrition, ensuring timely redeployment of inactive or exited drivers in collaboration with Operations & Service teams.
  • Build and maintain a *positive, performance-driven culture among drivers.
  • Use digital tools and dashboards to monitor lead flow, conversion ratios, and hiring efficiency.
  • Provide market intelligence on EV fleet trends, competitor hiring practices, and driver sentiment.
  • Continuously identify process improvements and cost optimization opportunities to enhance scalability.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Service, and HR) to ensure hiring goals align with business requirements.
  • Maintain transparent communication and timely reporting on sourcing activities and KPIs.
  • Communicate fluently in local languages (Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi preferred).

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: PUC, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in EV fleet management, driver sourcing, logistics, or last-mile delivery operations.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with fleet management apps, lead tracking tools, and Excel-based reporting.

Personality:

  • Field-oriented, target-driven, proactive, and able to thrive under minimal supervision.

Preferred Background

  • Prior experience in EV fleet companies such as Moving, Zypp, 3eco, eTo, Magenta, or similar.
  • Exposure to delivery operations for clients like Zomato, Flipkart, Amazon, DHL, HP, etc.
  • Understanding of electric mobility operations, fleet utilization, and driver lifecycle management.

Performance Metrics

  • Hiring Target: Minimum 25+ active drivers/month
  • Cost per Hire: ≤ ₹1,500
  • Lead Conversion Rate: ≥ 50%
  • Attrition Control: ≤ 10% monthly
  • Compliance: 100% documentation and verification

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
