Job Summary:

Hutaib Industrial Solutions is looking for a Sourcing Executive with strong international sourcing skills and customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source industrial products from international markets
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery timelines with suppliers
• Handle import documentation and logistics coordination
• Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely order fulfillment
• Maintain supplier relationships and product records
• Communicate fluently in English with clients and global vendors

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in international sourcing / procurement
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Customer service experience
• Knowledge of import/export processes is a plus

Education:

• Minimum BBA in Supply Chain Management
