Sourcing Specialist - Amazon [Office Based]

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify high-potential, profitable products for the Amazon marketplace.
• Source and vet reliable manufacturers and suppliers, primarily using platforms like Alibaba and Global Sources.
• Negotiate pricing, MOQs, payment terms, and shipping arrangements to maximize margins.
• Manage the sample approval process to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Analyze competitor landscape, sales data, and market trends to inform sourcing decisions.
• Collaborate with logistics and inventory management teams to ensure timely product launches.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in product sourcing, preferably for Amazon FBA or e-commerce.
• Proficiency with sourcing platforms (e.g., Alibaba, Global Sources) and Amazon seller tools (e.g., Jungle Scout, Helium 10).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Understanding of international shipping processes (e.g., freight forwarding, customs) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple product pipelines simultaneously.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
