We are looking for a Sourcing Executive to join our dynamic team and contribute to our sourcing operations. This is an immediate hiring opportunity for a motivated and hardworking individual passionate about textiles and procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Head of Department (HOD) Sourcing.
• Communicate with fabric and yarn suppliers to ensure timely sourcing and delivery.
• Facilitate inter-department communication to streamline sourcing operations.
• Perform strong follow-ups with mills to ensure on-time order completion.
• Collect and update stock and rates report from suppliers.
• Prepare, update, and maintain reports and data records related to sourcing activities.
• Identify and establish connections with new suppliers to diversify the vendor base

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Technology, Textile Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in fabric sourcing, specifically with polyester woven fabrics, ideally in apparel manufacturing.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of water jet loom capabilities, synthetic yarn characteristics, and fabric construction.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, or customized textile ERPs).
• Communication: Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated, hardworking, and able to meet deadlines effectively.
