What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing across apparel and fabric categories.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard top-tier suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to drive cost efficiency and quality.
• Partner closely with design and production teams for timely product rollouts.
• Track key sourcing metrics and implement process improvements.
• Travel to explore new fabrics, vendors, and production facilities.

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement (preferably in apparel/fashion).
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
• Proven track record in cost optimization and sourcing strategy.
• A proactive problem-solver with a passion for fashion and detail.
