Sourcing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers for construction materials, equipment, and services.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Maintain vendor database and develop strong supplier relationships.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure on-time material availability.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and accounts teams.
• Track material consumption, price trends, and market availability.
• Evaluate vendor performance (quality, delivery, pricing).
• Reduce procurement costs through effective negotiation and sourcing strategies.
• Handle documentation, GRN, billing follow-up, and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
