We're Hiring: Sourcing Operations Specialist

Location: Hyderabad India – Hybrid

Full-Time | Permanent Position

Job Description
The role will be responsible for supporting the Procurement Business Operations Team we are currently looking for a Procurement Assistant Senior In this role you will be responsible for our New Product Introduction Requests (NPIR) and Raw Material Requests (RMR) Process. The role is required to support and build positive experiences for our internal customers and you will join a Sourcing Operations Team in India.
Key Accountabilities/Essential Functions of the Job
  • Manage the RMR’s & NPIR’s in the Lotus Notes Database
  • Enter Raw Material Requests in SAP
  • Maintaining Outline Agreements in SAP (based on NPIR/RMR process)
  • Maintaining SAP Source Lists related Outline Agreements,
  • Providing ongoing training to internal stakeholders about proper ways of working,
  • Onboarding suppliers in SAP system and keeping their master data consistent,
  • Back-up for the North American NPIR’s & RMR’s and vice versa.
  • Preparation of ad-hoc reporting and analysis of Sourcing data, when required.
  • Support with Sourcing Project Implementations.

Qualifications (Required education, work experience, knowledge and licensure/certifications)
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in applicable field of work – Procurement ,Supply Chain
Location
  • Hyderabad, India
Experience
  • Good knowledge of SAP environment,
  • Preferred: 3 years+ of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain in an international environment,
  • Very good written and verbal communication in English (min. B2),
  • University degree or proven track of relevant experience,
  • Customer Service Focus and Process Orientation,
  • Good view at handling complexity, problem solving and working close to deadlines,
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills,
  • Good organizational skills, with a "can-do" attitude,
  • Knowledge of Lotus Notes
  • Flexible to take on new challenges.
  • Knowledge
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Strong SAP knowledge, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) including higher-level functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP
  • Skills: Behavioral & Technical
  • Proven ability to foster effective internal and external relationships through strong influencing skills
  • Highly motivated individual contributor and collaborative team player
  • Skilled in change management with a strong desire for continuous learning and development
  • Passionate about new technology and proactive in introducing innovative ideas and opportunities to the Global Procurement team
  • Adept at managing multiple projects while consistently meeting global deadlines
