As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated Entry-Level Sourcing Specialist to join our team.

Position Overview:
As an Entry-Level Sourcing Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our inventory is stocked and our customer orders are fulfilled on time. You will be responsible for sourcing products from a variety of suppliers, helping the company maintain a reliable and diverse inventory of wireless telecom and electrical materials. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in procurement and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

· Source products for both stock inventory and active customer orders.

· Build and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, resellers, and other suppliers.

· Research pricing, availability, and lead times to make informed purchasing decisions.

· Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding order status and inventory needs.

· Assist in managing backorders and ensuring timely fulfillment.

· Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities and supplier information.

Qualifications:

· Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

· High attention to detail and organizational ability.

· Strong analytical and Excel skills for evaluating cost and demand data.

· Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

· Interest in telecom, electrical, or supply chain industries is a plus
