Job Title: Sourcing Specialist (Procurement Specialist)Job Summary

The Sourcing Specialist (Procurement Specialist) is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring goods and services to support organizational operations. This role focuses on supplier identification, cost optimization, contract support, and ensuring timely, compliant purchasing aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers for materials, products, and services
• Obtain and analyze quotes, proposals, and bids to ensure best value
• Support or lead contract negotiations, renewals, and supplier agreements
• Issue purchase orders and ensure compliance with procurement policies
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand sourcing requirements
• Monitor supplier performance, pricing, and delivery timelines
• Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation in ERP systems
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sourcing standards
• Support strategic sourcing initiatives and category management efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles
• Experience working with suppliers and negotiating pricing and terms
• Proficiency with ERP and procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
