Sous Chef

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Brand Chef to support in daily kitchen operations. The Brand Chef will help lead the kitchen team, ensure food quality and hygiene standards, and assist in creating new dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist central kitchen staff and ensure smooth operations.
  • Lead the development and standardization of recipes.
  • Conduct regular kitchen visits across all branches.
  • Ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation in all food items served.
  • Help with menu planning, inventory, and ordering supplies.
  • Train kitchen staff on recipes, techniques, and food safety standards.
  • Step in as Head Chef when needed.
  • Support menu innovation and seasonal updates.

Skills

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Brand Chef or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen procedures and food safety.
  • Leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Creativity and ability to develop new dishes and presentation styles.
