Sous Chef (Turkish Cuisine)

Responsibilities:

· Assist Head Chef in daily kitchen operations

· Supervise kitchen sections

· Ensure quality and presentation of Turkish dishes

· Maintain hygiene and safety standards

Requirements:

· Experience as Sous Chef or Senior CDP

· Turkish cuisine background preferred

· Strong organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
