Sous Chef

We're hiring a Sous Chef to join The Wholesome Kitchen in Al Ain - a delivery-only concept focused on clean, healthy meals.

We cook with whole ingredients only: no processed foods, no refined sugar, gluten free options, and all meals are grilled, baked, or sautéed.

You'll be working with 2 existing chefs and 1 baker, helping us improve consistency, speed, and daily kitchen flow.

Role

• Execute daily cooking across menu items (protein + vegetarian)
• Maintain consistent taste, portioning, and presentation
• Support kitchen organization and prep planning
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Work closely with the team during peak order times

Requirements

• 3-6 years experience in restaurant or hotel kitchens
• Strong in grilling, healthy cooking, and meal prep
• Able to work fast without compromising consistency
• Clean, organized, and disciplined
• Team player
• English required
