Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of Filipino dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts, following authentic recipes and standards.
  • Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes served.
  • Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
  • Assist in menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and stock management.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely meal service.
  • Adapt dishes based on customer preferences while maintaining authenticity.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a cook, preferably specializing in Filipino cuisine.
  • Strong knowledge of traditional Filipino dishes and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in hotels, restaurants, or catering services.
