Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Filipino dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts, following authentic recipes and standards.
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes served.
- Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
- Assist in menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and stock management.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely meal service.
- Adapt dishes based on customer preferences while maintaining authenticity.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a cook, preferably specializing in Filipino cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of traditional Filipino dishes and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Preferred:
- Experience working in hotels, restaurants, or catering services.
