Sous Chef (Continental cuisine)

Sous Chef – Continental | Café Brie

Location: Lahore
Restaurant: Café Brie

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Control food costs, wastage, and inventory.
  • Train junior chefs and kitchen staff to enhance team performance and ensure all dishes meet Restaurant quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Assist in menu planning and recipe development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in continental cuisine.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food costing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
