About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards
  • Manage inventory and minimize waste
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Develop new menu items and recipes
  • Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a reputable establishment
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • A culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred
  • Experience in the Saudi Arabian market is a plus
