We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations and culinary staff
  • Supervise food preparation and ensure quality standards are consistently met
  • Train, mentor, and schedule kitchen staff for optimum performance
  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and reduce kitchen waste
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate on menu development and execution
  • Maintain a positive and productive kitchen environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a high-volume or fine dining kitchen
  • Strong culinary background with proficiency in a variety of cuisines
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety protocols
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative flair with a strong eye for detail and presentation
  • Culinary degree or certification (preferred but not mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,483.56 - ₹42,701.95 per month
