Community Partner Description: South Lorain Public Library is part of the Lorain Library System. There is a Food Literacy program located at this location and an urban farm on the premises. The focus of this urban farm is to provide quality local produce to the community.

Duration: Starting in April 2026 through August 2026 Schedule: Part time 10-15 hours/week – not to exceed 230 hours total Compensation: $15/hour - position is grant-funded through Lorain County Community College.
Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our local library urban farm. This internship offers a unique opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in sustainable farming practices, and supporting food justice on the farm.
