Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments to meet individual client needs.
• Conduct body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care services with precision and care.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product benefits, and conduct product demos to promote retail sales.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning treatment areas and sterilizing equipment after each service.
• Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively to client concerns, answering questions clearly, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Assist with retail product recommendations and sales to enhance client results and support business growth.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and certifications to continually improve your skills.

Skills

• Proficiency in esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, and other advanced skincare procedures.
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients and promote services confidently.
• Expertise in body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Experience in retail sales with the ability to demonstrate products effectively.
• Ability to perform deep tissue massage and other relaxation therapies that complement aesthetic treatments.

Pay: $21.71 - $23.50 per hour
