Spa Concierge

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and friendly Spa Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our wellness center. Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service with a professional phone etiquette.
• Schedule appointments accurately using our POS (Point of Sale) system, ensuring efficient flow throughout the day.
• Manage client check-in and check-out processes, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Promote spa services, retail products, and special packages through upselling and product demos to enhance client experiences.
• Maintain organized merchandising and stock levels at the reception area, including stocking supplies and managing retail sales.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to inquiries, and updating client records.
• Support supervisory staff with supervising experience in managing daily operations and ensuring adherence to spa policies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles, preferably in a grocery store or similar environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and retail math for accurate transactions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle phone calls professionally and courteously.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clientele effectively.
• Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities in previous roles.
• Knowledge of upselling techniques, merchandising, stock management, and product demos.
