This is a full-time position and requires schedule flexibility, including evenings and weekends.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome clients and create a warm, professional first impression
• Manage appointment scheduling and support daily spa operations
• Assist with retail displays, product knowledge, and sales
• Recommend products and services to enhance client results
• Support estheticians by maintaining treatment rooms, supplies, and laundry
• Keep the front desk clean, organized, and running smoothly
• Answer phones, book appointments, and assist with client questions
• Use POS systems for checkout and booking
