We are seeking a passionate and organized Spa Coordinator / Marketing Specialist to join our team and support both front-of-house operations and creative marketing initiatives.

Role Overview

The Spa Coordinator / Marketing Specialist will be the face of Halo Head Spa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while also leading local marketing, branding, and community outreach efforts. This hybrid role combines customer service excellence with creative digital marketing to help grow and elevate the Halo brand.

Key ResponsibilitiesSpa Coordination

• Greet clients warmly and manage check-in/check-out process with professionalism.
• Manage the appointment booking system, schedule changes, and client communication.
• Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries regarding services, memberships, and packages.
• Support spa staff with daily operations, including maintaining cleanliness and ambiance of the space.
• Monitor inventory of products and supplies; assist with ordering and restocking.
• Ensure compliance with spa policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Marketing & Branding

• Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.), aligned with Halo’s high-end aesthetic.
• Coordinate monthly campaigns, promotions, and seasonal service launches.
• Assist in developing spa membership marketing and client retention strategies.
• Track marketing analytics, monitor online reviews, and respond to client feedback.
• Support influencer outreach, community partnerships, and local event collaborations.
• Update website, booking platforms, and digital listings with accurate promotions and branding.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hospitality, spa/wellness, or beauty industry preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Social media management and content creation experience required.
• Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar creative tools a plus.
• Comfortable working in a client-facing role with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Self-starter with attention to detail and a passion for wellness and beauty.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
