Operational Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the spa to ensure efficiency and service excellence.
- Develop and implement spa policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor inventory and manage procurement of spa products and supplies.
Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise spa staff including therapists, receptionists, and attendants.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage work allocation to ensure smooth operation.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching for improvement.
Customer Service
- Ensure exceptional guest service and handle complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by monitoring feedback and implementing improvements.
- Create a welcoming and relaxing environment for all guests.
Financial & Revenue Management
- Prepare and manage the spa budget, ensuring cost control and profitability.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional packages to increase revenue.
- Track and analyze sales performance and report to management.
Training & Development
- Organize regular training sessions for staff on product knowledge, service techniques, and customer care.
- Stay updated on industry trends and introduce new treatments/services to attract clients.
