Assist the Spa Director with the supervision, management, and development of staff.
Monitor, coordinate and process vacation, days off and shift change requests in a timely manner and ensure that changes do not negatively impact business.
Interview, train, schedule, and monitor employee performance.
Deliver coaching, feedback, and disciplinary conversations to team members as necessary.
Complete payroll for all Spa and Fitness personnel.
Monitor the guest areas of the Spa to ensure that reception, fitness, locker rooms, treatment rooms, and guest corridors are at all times neat, orderly, and well stocked. Complete daily walk through of the Spa with follow-up on staff and engineering needs.
Properly manage, stock and store retail offerings including inventory processes and communication of product needs.
Develop all operation manuals for department and implement training programs to ensure the growth of the department.
Ensure timely and effective performance reviews for the department.
What you will bring
Minimum 3 years of previous experience in similar role in a five-star luxury hotel.
Must have fluent level of English both written and spoken.
Excellent organizational, problem solving and time management skills.
Attention to detail, as well as a passion for customer service.
