We're looking for an exceptional Operations Manager to lead and streamline daily operations across our spa, gym, and front desk teams — ensuring top-tier guest service, staff performance, and luxury experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations & departmental coordination
• Lead, train & motivate a multicultural, all-female team
• Maintain luxury standards and a welcoming atmosphere
• Monitor budgets, cost control & vendor relationships
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience at every touchpoint

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in operations or hospitality management
• Background in luxury spa, wellness, or fitness centers preferred
• Strong leadership, communication & organizational skills
• Passion for women’s health, wellness, and empowerment
• Female candidates only (ladies-only facility requirement)
