Branch Supervisor

• Oversee day to day operations and manage and coordinate activities between head office and fitness branches.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and performance standards are met.
• Monitor staff and closely oversee performance to ensure accountability.
• Prepare the reports on daily sales, calls receive calls, new memberships etc.
• Monitoring sales performance and targets.
• Overseeing operational matters across fitness facility

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Business administration or related field

• Proven experience in sales and Operations within fitness, hospitality or service industry

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Must be Bilingual

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage a team

• Customer focused and passion of delivering high quality service.
