Operations Manager – Heavy Equipment - Oil & Gas

We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate all operational activities in a heavy equipment rental and oilfield logistics environment. This role is responsible for managing fleets, leading teams, and ensuring operational excellence in alignment with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day transport & logistics operations, ensuring efficiency and service quality.

Oversee fleet management, maintenance, and compliance with QHSE standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001).

Manage budgets, control costs, and identify process improvements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with oil & gas sector clients.

Lead, train, and develop operations teams to meet KPIs.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (MBA added bonus).

· 5+ years of experience as operations manager in heavy transport/heavy equipment leasing oil & gas

· Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).

· Knowledge of Kuwait’s labor, traffic, and industry regulations.
