Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operational aspects of the home service spa, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage a team of dedicated professionals including massage therapists, and drivers.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate staff members to deliver high-quality service.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively to maintain customer satisfaction. And converting sales from inquiries.
- Manage inventory levels, budgeting, and financial reporting to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment for clients and staff.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve spa operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in spa management or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of booking software, Fresha.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and spa management software (preferred)
