Join our esteemed Luxury International SPA team as we open our new venture in Kochi! We're looking for a seasoned professional with 5+ years of SPA management experience to lead our team to success.

# Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of 10+ staff to achieve exceptional service standards.

2. Marketing & Sales: Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.

3. Human Resources: Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff.

4. Quality Control: Ensure highest quality standards and brand integrity.

5. Front Office Representation: Provide excellent communication skills and presentability to handle front office duties.

# Requirements:

1. 5+ years of SPA management experience

2. Proven track record of achieving targets

3. Excellent communication and leadership skills

4. Strong marketing and sales acumen

5. Ability to maintain high-quality standards and brand integrity

# Compensation Package:

- Salary: Rs. 60,000 per month

- Monthly Commission: Attractive commission structure

- Incentives: Performance-based incentives
