Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Achieve monthly revenue, sales, and client retention targets.
- Supervise and motivate staff including consultants, dieticians, physiotherapists, and support team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training/coaching where needed.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and handle client escalations.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, protocols, and statutory regulations.
- Monitor inventory, clinic facilities, and ensure proper upkeep.
- Prepare and present performance reports to management.
- Drive local marketing, promotional activities, and community outreach to attract new clients.
- Foster a positive work culture and team collaboration within the clinic.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate/ in Masters, Healthcare, or related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in branch/center management, preferably in slimming, wellness, healthcare, or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Sales-driven with proven ability to achieve business targets.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and clinic operations.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
