Preschool Branch Manager (Female)

We are looking for a highly qualified Preschool Manager with proven experience to join our team in Kuwait.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

Proven experience in managing a preschool and ensuring its smooth operation.

Strong ability to provide high-quality education and care for children.

Capable of leading and supporting a dedicated staff team.

Experience in creating and managing staff schedules.

Oversee staff performance, develop educational programs, and prepare lesson plans.

Train new hires effectively.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Organize events and ensure their success.

Fluent in English and Arabic.

Important Note:

Applicants must be currently residing in Kuwait.

Only Arab nationality applicants will be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD350.000 - KD600.000 per month
