Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily spa and wellness facility operations, ensuring smooth and professional service delivery.
* Lead, train, and motivate therapists and spa attendants to maintain exceptional guest satisfaction.
* Design and implement innovative spa treatments, wellness packages, and seasonal promotions.
* Monitor and maintain hygiene, health, and safety compliance at all times.
* Manage departmental budgets, stock inventories, and cost controls to ensure profitability.
* Build strong guest relationships, ensuring personalized service and encouraging repeat business.
* Collaborate with hotel management to integrate spa offerings with overall guest experience.
* Handle guest concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
Ideal Profile
* Previous leadership experience in spa and wellness management, preferably in luxury hotels.
* Familiarity with IHG brand standards is an advantage.
* Based in the UAE with knowledge of local spa and wellness trends.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
* In-depth understanding of spa therapies, wellness practices, and guest service standards.
