Spa Manager

Job Summary

Zarya Wellness is seeking an experienced Cluster Spa Manager to oversee multi-site spa operations, drive revenue growth, maintain brand standards, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with proven ability in team development, sales performance, operational control, and partner relationship management within hotel or resort environments.

Key Responsibilities Operations & Service Excellence

  • Ensure all spa outlets operate according to company SOPs and brand standards.
  • Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction, hygiene, and service quality.
  • Handle VIP guests, feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.
  • Coordinate with hotel/resort management, front office, and partners.

Sales & Revenue Management

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets.
  • Drive retail, treatment packages, and membership sales.
  • Analyze performance, identify gaps, and implement action plans.
  • Support and execute promotions, seasonal campaigns, and marketing initiatives.

Team Leadership & HR

  • Lead, train, motivate, and evaluate Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Therapists.
  • Conduct appraisals, manage duty rosters, attendance, and grooming standards.
  • Foster a positive, professional work culture aligned with company vision.

Financial & Administration

  • Monitor budgets, expenses, inventory, and purchasing.
  • Ensure availability of treatment and retail products.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial reports.

Business Development

  • Recommend improvements in services, products, and pricing.
  • Build strong relationships with hotel partners and external stakeholders.
  • Support brand growth, rebranding, and expansion strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing spa or wellness operations (multi-unit preferred).
  • Strong sales and financial management skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service abilities.
  • Experience working with hotels/resorts is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multicultural teams.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
