We are a successful aesthetic beauty SPA based in Bali, Italy and Bahrain for the last 15 years, including winner of Asia's best Medical Spa and Bali's best spa.
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven SPA Manager to lead revenue growth initiatives, expand market presence, and develop strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing sales, opening new markets, and driving both B2C and B2B business development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management & SOP Compliance
- Oversee the daily operations of all SPA branches (Juffair, Seef, and Riffa).
- Ensure full compliance with company SOPs, policies, and service protocols.
- Conduct regular operational audits to maintain consistency across all locations.
- Implement and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure treatments are delivered according to brand standards and protocols.
- Monitor cleanliness, ambiance, and overall client experience.
- Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Optimize scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
Team Leadership & HR Management
- Train and supervise SPA staff including therapists, reception, etc.
- Ensure all team members follow SOPs and service standards consistently.
- Develop continuous training programs to maintain high-quality service.
- Lead, motivate, and manage teams to achieve operational and financial targets.
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans.
- Handle disciplinary actions and resolve internal conflicts when necessary.
Sales & Revenue Management
- Drive revenue growth across all SPA locations.
- Set, monitor, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Promote high-value treatments, packages, and membership programs.
- Ensure effective upselling and cross-selling strategies are implemented.
- Monitor KPIs such as occupancy rate, revenue per therapist, and conversion rate.
- Analyze financial and sales reports to identify improvement areas.
Marketing & Brand Development
- Plan and execute local marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on digital campaigns (social media, ads, email marketing).
- Organize events, activations, and partnerships to increase brand awareness.
- Strengthen the SPA’s positioning in the luxury wellness market.
- Support the development of loyalty programs and membership growth strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Business Development & Partnerships
- Support the development of B2B partnerships (hotels, real estate, fitness centers, clinics).
- Identify new opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Assist in corporate agreements and wellness program development.
- Build relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
Customer Experience & Quality Control
- Ensure a consistent high-end customer experience across all locations.
- Handle VIP clients and manage escalations professionally.
- Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and satisfaction levels.
- Implement corrective actions to maintain service excellence.
Inventory & Cost Control
- Manage stock levels, procurement, and supplier relationships.
- Ensure proper stock control procedures across all branches.
- Minimize waste and prevent product misuse.
- Monitor operational costs and maximize profitability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a SPA Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong background in wellness, hospitality, or luxury service industries.
- Proven experience managing teams and multi-location operations (preferred).
- Strong understanding of SPA operations, treatments, and customer service standards.
- Experience in sales, marketing, and business performance management.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with KPIs, budgets, and performance targets.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in multi-unit SPA management.
- Background in luxury or premium service environments.
- Knowledge of membership-based business models.
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: BHD 500 per month
- Housing Allowance: BHD 100 per month
- Food Allowance: BHD 100 per month
- Transportation Allowance: BHD 50 per month

Commissions: Performance-based commissions linked to sales targets and business development objectives (details to be discussed during the interview process).The compensation package is designed to reward proactive performance, revenue growth, and successful market expansion initiatives.
