We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Spa Manager Assistant to support the daily operations of our spa. Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring a high standard of service and cleanliness.
• Support the recruitment process by conducting interviews, employee orientation, and training new staff members.
• Oversee inventory management, including purchasing supplies and managing stock levels.
• Handle payroll and bookkeeping tasks to ensure accurate financial records.
• Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
• Manage customer service inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during operations.
• Implement marketing strategies to promote spa services and increase sales.
• Maintain effective communication with team members to foster a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the spa.

Skills

• Strong negotiation skills to facilitate vendor agreements and contracts.
• Proficiency in employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training & development processes.
• Experience in payroll, bookkeeping, inventory control, and cash handling.
• Proven management skills with a focus on team management and shift management.
• Knowledge of retail sales techniques, merchandising, pricing strategies, and retail math.
• Exceptional customer service skills with an emphasis on effective communication and phone etiquette.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
