Job Summary
We are a well-established ladies spa seeking an experienced Spa Manager to oversee daily operations, lead teams, and drive service excellence and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with hands-on spa management experience and a passion for customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily spa operations across services, staff, and client flow
- Manage and motivate therapists, receptionists, and supervisors
- Ensure high standards of service quality, hygiene, and compliance
- Monitor KPIs: revenue, targets, productivity, retail sales, and retention
- Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and performance management
- Resolve client complaints professionally and efficiently
- Coordinate with marketing and management on promotions and campaigns
- Control expenses, inventory, and ordering processes
Requirements
- Female candidate (ladies spa environment)
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as Spa Manager or any hospitality/wellness management role
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Solid understanding of spa services, retail, and operations
- Experience with salon/spa software (Zenoti or similar is an advantage)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
