SPA Manager with hotel experience only / Kuwait

A 5-star luxury hotel in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Spa Manager to lead the daily operations of its luxury spa facility, delivering an exceptional guest experience and managing a team of therapists and spa staff to the highest 5-star hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily spa operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
• Lead, train, and motivate the spa team
• Manage spa treatment menus, scheduling, and guest bookings
• Monitor quality, hygiene, and safety standards throughout the spa
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues
• Manage spa inventory, retail products, and supplier relationships
• Support revenue and cost management for the department

Requirements:

• Currently working in a 5-star hotel spa environment
• Proven experience in spa management or a senior supervisory role
• Strong leadership, organizational, and guest service skills
