Organic Origins Spa is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to support the daily operations of our spa.
This role is essential to maintaining the elevated, calm environment our guests experience. While this position works primarily behind the scenes, the impact is visible in every room, every treatment, and every guest interaction.

Position Overview
This is a part-time position beginning at approximately 25 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow based on performance and business needs. Weekend availability is required.
This role focuses primarily on back-of-house operations and does not initially require guest-facing responsibilities. There are future opportunities for cross-training into spa reception for the right candidate.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage all spa laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, organizing, and ensuring continuous linen availability for service providers.
Maintain treatment rooms between services, ensuring they are cleaned, reset, fully stocked, and prepared to company standards.
Keep the spa clean and orderly throughout the day, including treatment rooms, storage areas, hallways, and shared operational spaces.
Monitor and replenish spa supplies, including back bar items, disposables, linens, and operational materials.
Assist with retail restocking and inventory organization.
Maintain beverage stations and ensure all guest-accessible areas remain clean and presentable.
Support service providers by ensuring operational flow is seamless and rooms are consistently ready for service.
Maintain organization in all back-of-house storage areas.
This role is hands-on and active throughout the shift.
