We are seeking an elegant, professional, and tech-savvy Arabic-speaking female to be our first voice and first smile. You will represent the excellence of Nadia, shaping the entire client experience from the first online message to the final goodbye.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital & Online Engagement
- Manage Online Inquiries: Actively respond to client queries on Instagram and WhatsApp with a friendly, efficient, and helpful tone.
- Convert Leads: Provide accurate pricing and information to turn online inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Promotional Updates: Keep clients informed of available promotions, discounts, and new beauty products via digital channels.
2. Exceptional Guest Service
- Luxury Welcome: Greet walk-in clients with a genuine smile, soft eye contact, and perfect posture.
- Brand Ambassador: Embody beauty and elegance by maintaining a clean, ironed uniform, visible name badge, and neat, styled hair.
- Professionalism: Maintain a calm and confident tone, avoiding slang and focusing on warm professionalism.
3. Booking & Scheduling Protocols
- Phone Etiquette: Answer all calls within 3 rings with a "smile in your voice" using the official brand greeting.
- Smart Scheduling: Manage the calendar as the "gatekeeper," recording all essential client info and repeating details back to avoid errors.
- Confirmation: Send friendly reminders via WhatsApp to ensure high attendance and follow up on unconfirmed appointments.
4. Operations & Team Alignment
- Fair Distribution: Use the tracking system to ensure clients are assigned to staff members fairly and based on specific service expertise.
- Front Desk Management: Keep the reception area clean and organized, ensuring the front desk is never a distraction.
- Administrative Duties: Open/close the spa at appropriate times, process payments accurately, and manage the visitor register.
- Team Support: Inform staff immediately of cancellations or the arrival of walk-in guests.
Requirements
- Fluent Arabic & English: Must be able to communicate elegantly and professionally in both languages.
- Image Standards: Commitment to a polished image, including light makeup and professional conduct.
- Customer Mastery: Ability to remain polite and in control even under pressure or when handling upset clients.
- Focus: Strict adherence to the personal phone policy—personal devices are kept on silent and are not used during work hours.
