Skin Bar VII is hiring a high-performing Spa Receptionist / Client Coordinator who understands that the front desk is not just administrative—it is a key revenue-driving position.
We are looking for someone who is polished, confident, and experienced in sales, client retention, and luxury customer service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to turn every client interaction into an elevated experience and a revenue opportunity.
This Role Is For You If You:
- Have experience in a spa, salon, or service-based business
- Are confident in upselling services, retail, and memberships

- Are comfortable using technology and AI tools to improve workflow and productivity
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a luxury-level client experience from check-in to check-out
- Manage booking, scheduling, and overall client flow
- Drive revenue through upselling services, retail products, and memberships
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Rebook clients and support retention strategies
- Conduct follow-up calls and outreach to inactive clients
- Maintain accurate client profiles and contact information
- Support daily marketing efforts including social media posting and live content
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
- Open and/or close the spa as a trusted Key Holder
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in spa, salon, or customer service-driven environment (required)
- Proven ability to sell and close memberships or services
- Strong multitasking, organization, and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work independently and stay proactive during slower periods
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and AI tools
- Key Holder experience is a plus
