SPA Supervisor

To consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to all guests

To assist the Spa Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Spa and Fitness areas, ensuring all service standards are met

To supervise Spa & Fitness staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and team motivation

To support the promotion and selling of Spa and Fitness programs to individual guests and groups

To handle guest feedback and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction

To assist with administrative and operational tasks as required by management

Previous supervisory or team leader experience within a Spa or Fitness Facility, preferably in a multinational environment

Background in Sports Management, Fitness, Public Relations orHospitality fields will be considered an asset

University/College degree in Tourism/Hotel Management, Sports Management, or related disciplines is required

Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows applications is required

Strong sense of teamwork and ability to motivate team members

Excellent guest relations and customer service approach

Energetic, sportive, and outgoing personality suitable for a wellness & leisure environmen
