Key Responsibilities

• Perform a range of spa treatments including massages, facials, scrubs, wraps, and customized therapies.
• Recommend suitable treatments and products based on guest needs and preferences.
• Provide a warm, professional, and personalized guest experience from start to finish.
• Follow up with guests post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
• Maintain high hygiene standards and prepare treatment rooms before and after each session.
• Ensure spa supplies and equipment are well maintained and properly stocked.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness protocols.
• Collaborate with the spa and wellness team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Attend training sessions and team meetings to maintain professional standards and enhance skills.
• Comply with hotel brand guidelines, safety policies, and environmental initiatives.
