Spa Therapist

We are seeking an experienced and professional Spa Therapist with a background in luxury hotels. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional spa treatments while providing a personalized and relaxing experience that reflects the highest standards of luxury, hygiene, and guest care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of spa treatments, including massages, body therapies, facials, and wellness services, according to luxury spa standards.
• Provide personalized consultations to understand guest needs and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and treatment room preparation.
• Create a calm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for all guests.
• Ensure correct use, care, and storage of spa equipment and products.
• Promote spa services, packages, and retail products in a professional manner.
• Handle guest feedback or concerns with discretion and professionalism.
• Follow all health, safety, and operational procedures consistently.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and daily reports as required.
• Support spa operations, including assisting with special promotions and VIP guest services.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end spa environment.
• Professional certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, techniques, and wellness practices.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with international luxury spa brands or five-star hotels.
• Knowledge of multiple massage techniques and holistic therapies.
• Multilingual skills are an advantage.
