Spa Therapist (Female)

We are looking for talented, guest-focused Spa Therapists (female) to join a renowned luxury hotel & resort group in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidates will have experience in luxury hotels or high-end wellness centers, with a proven ability to provide exceptional spa and wellness treatments. This role contributes to creating a relaxing, personalized, and memorable spa experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a variety of treatments, including massages, facials, scrubs, wraps, and holistic therapies.
• Perform services in accordance with professional spa standards, customized to each guest’s needs.
• Welcome guests, conduct consultations, and recommend suitable treatments.
• Maintain clean, sanitized, and fully prepared treatment rooms, tools, and spa facilities.
• Promote spa treatments and retail products to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Ensure guest comfort, privacy, and confidentiality at all times.
• Follow up with guests post-treatment to monitor satisfaction and well-being.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to all spa operational procedures.
• Uphold hygiene, health, and safety standards consistently.
• Assist with front desk operations, stock control, and inventory management as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma and relevant certifications in Spa Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or premium wellness centers.
• Proficient in techniques including deep tissue, Swedish, aromatherapy, facials, manicures, pedicures, and other holistic treatments.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, skincare, and wellness practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first approach.
• Professional, polished appearance aligned with luxury standards.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to maintain a calm, relaxing, and respectful environment for guests.
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
