- Be responsible for equipment, products, cleanliness and hygiene of the treatment areas.
- Ensure aftercare recommendations are made at the end of every treatment, linking with client concerns and offering to prepare products at reception for purchase.
- Encourage clients to return to the spa by recommending an ongoing treatment programmes.
- Maintain a sound knowledge of all treatments, packages and any promotions on offer at any given time.
- Promote and sell the services of the Spa and maximize the potential of all sales.
- Achieve sales targets as set by the hotel.
- Assist with promotions/ demonstrations/ events as required.
- Maintain the stock at the correct level following set standards.
- Keep up the high standard of treatment and service.
- Be punctual and prepared in advance of treatments.
- Ensure that daily sales figures are accurately recorded.
- Ensure that all operational procedures are carried out in the prescribed manner.
- Be adaptable and accountable for all actions.
- Cover reception as and when required.
- Report any equipment failures/problems to the Maintenance Department.
- Pass any maintenance requests to the Maintenance Department.
- Assist in other areas of the hotel as and when required, carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene as per the hotel s grooming standards at all times.
- Maintain a good rapport and working relationship with colleagues in the department and all other departments.
