We are looking for skilled and guest-oriented Female Spa Therapists to join a renowned luxury hotel and resort group in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidates will have proven experience working with international luxury hotel brands and a strong ability to deliver exceptional, personalized spa treatments. This role is essential in ensuring every guest enjoys a deeply relaxing, customized, and memorable spa experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and holistic therapies.
- Deliver professional services tailored to guest needs, maintaining the highest luxury spa standards.
- Greet guests warmly, conduct consultations, and recommend suitable treatments or wellness programs.
- Maintain treatment rooms, tools, and spa areas in a clean, hygienic, and well-prepared condition.
- Promote spa services and retail products to enhance guest experience and contribute to revenue growth.
- Ensure guest comfort, privacy, and satisfaction throughout the treatment process.
- Support front desk operations, manage stock levels, and assist with daily spa organization as needed.
- Adhere to all hygiene, health, and safety procedures consistently.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or recognized certification in Spa Therapy or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end wellness centers.
- Proficiency in treatments such as deep tissue, Swedish, aromatherapy, facials, manicures, pedicures, and body therapies.
- Solid understanding of anatomy, skincare, and holistic wellness principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong guest service focus.
- Professional appearance and demeanor in line with luxury brand standards.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and public holidays.
