Spa Therapist (Luxury Hospitality)

We are seeking a Spa Therapist to provide high-quality spa treatments and wellness services to guests at a luxury hotel and resort property. This role focuses on delivering personalized, professional, and relaxing experiences in line with luxury hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and wellness therapies.
• Ensure personalized guest experiences by understanding preferences and addressing needs.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in treatment rooms and spa areas.
• Provide guidance to guests on spa treatments, wellness, and relaxation techniques.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address feedback promptly and professionally.
• Assist in maintaining spa inventory and ordering necessary products and supplies.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with other wellness and hotel departments to enhance guest experience.

Qualification, Experience and Skills

• Diploma or Certificate in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience as a Spa Therapist or in a similar role within luxury hotels or resorts in the GCC.
• Excellent knowledge of spa treatments, techniques, and products.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain professional, calm, and attentive during guest treatments.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service standards.
