What this job involves:

Drive data excellence as a Space Data Manager with JLL, where you'll serve as the subject matter expert for workplace information management across CAFM systems, badge data, and business intelligence platforms. You'll transform complex datasets into compelling narratives that bring client strategies to life while ensuring accuracy and consistency in all reporting deliverables. This role positions you at the forefront of workplace analytics innovation, where you'll lead the transition from manual to automated BI-managed systems and develop standardized utilization, occupancy, and headcount data that supports strategic decision-making. Your expertise will directly contribute to JLL's reputation for delivering actionable intelligence while you collaborate with security, planning, and business intelligence teams to enhance data collection and support dashboard development within a dynamic, results-driven environment.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Serve as subject matter lead for workplace information management, developing, maintaining, and standardizing utilization, occupancy, and headcount data across CAFM, badge data, and business intelligence systems
  • Oversee delivery of regular reporting cycles including consolidated reports, CAFM metrics, utilization dashboards, business reviews, and metro strategy metrics with exceptional attention to detail and precision
  • Support transition from manual to BI-managed systems, establishing automated processes that improve reliability and efficiency while auditing and troubleshooting data inconsistencies
  • Partner with security, planning, and business intelligence teams to enhance data collection, ingestion, and alignment supporting automation and analytics pipeline improvements • Data Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives that inform strategic decisions, working with leadership and cross-functional teams to define metrics aligned with organizational goals Act as primary contact for data validation and recurring utilization reports across business units, maintaining integrity of reporting platforms to ensure accurate leadership data • Change Lead and support change management efforts by developing and presenting training that encourages adoption of improved reporting processes and systems

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Analytics, or related field with 2-3 years of experience in data analysis and reporting roles within corporate environments
  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data manipulation with experience using data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms)
  • Experience managing data through complete lifecycle including collection, standardization, loading, monitoring/remediation, and reporting, preferably in occupancy or space planning capacity Comfortable proficiency in database-driven systems, preferably CAFM/IWMS applications (FM:Systems, TRIRIGA, Manhattan Centerstone, Archibus, Serraview)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to present complex data in clear, understandable formats for diverse stakeholder audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, accuracy, and proven ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines Outstanding organizational skills with inclusive attitude, resilience, and ability to lead diverse teams while working effectively across cultures and business partner networks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with SQL for advanced database queries and data extraction to enhance reporting capabilities and analytical depth
  • Background in corporate real estate, space planning, or facility management with understanding of occupancy metrics and workplace analytics
  • Experience supporting organizational transformation initiatives and technology adoption programs with training development and stakeholder engagement capabilities
  • Familiarity with business intelligence platforms, predictive analytics, and automated reporting systems that support strategic decision-making processes
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while building relationships and interacting effectively with business partners across organizational levels
  • Proven flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities with strong time management skills and ability to prioritize deliverables in fast-paced professional environments

Estimated compensation for this position:

110,000.00 – 120,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
